“Become involved in Hawai’i's 50th Anniversary of Statehood Commemoration Conference”

About the Event:
The 50th Anniversary of Hawai`i Statehood is a rare event of historic significance as we join with business and political leaders across the state, nation and world to explore history and opportunity. This event will serve as the launching pad as we forge our future and reach out for New Horizons for the Next 50 Years

The conference is about Hawai’i's history and its future -it will help chart Hawai’i's course into the next 50 years. Prominent local and national speakers will share their insights into our challenges, visions for our future, and pathways to our success.

Reservation & Payment Policy:
A minimum 25% non-refundable deposit is due to COMPASS Sponsorships within 7 days of electronic confirmation. Your remaining balance is due in full by June 1, 2009 or space will be canceled without refund. The floorplan will be released after June 1, and those who have paid in full may select their booth location.

Bulk Space:
$7.50/s.f. based on availability. A minimum purchase of 400 square feet is required to qualify for the bulk space rate. If interested please contact mike@compasssponsors.com or karlin@compasssponsors.com.

Exhibitor Handbook:
The Official Exhibitor Handbook will be sent to all confirmed exhibitors via email in June. The handbook will outline available services (decorating, drayage, shipping, booth services, lighting, electrical, Internet, etc.) and rates, and contain all forms needed for securing show services.
